has anyone here got it done before?

theres not much info out there

i am looking to get around 3.5-4 done on both my humerus

any info u guys can share would be great!

how long does it take and recovery time etc

Not to sure about it although i think recivery time is around 5-6 months and as always it depends on the person and how much they lengthen i am interested in it aswell BTW
