Can ISKD be a good option(not as good as precice)?

What I had heard previously from several doctors and members on the forum was the dysfunctional issue with the ISKD mechanism. Majority of the doctors that do specialise in internal nailing prefer to use the PRECICE nail over the ISKD. If you're seriously interested in the ISKD nail, then you should contact Dr.Dean Cole, the pioneer of the ISKD nail and possibly the most experienced with ISKD nailing. This nail is not a good option for lengthening. Never as precice. There is one case where the nail was lengthen by 4cm in 5 days. Causing pain and numbness for a whole year and Including a New surgery to reduce the gap to its owner

External fixation is too hard for most of the people, but internals are hell expensive.
