Doing both is possible, look at Iamready for journey on that.

If you do want to go for two surgeries then my best advice is length both no more then 5 cm, for proportion sakes. Also Tibia lengthening for 3 inches (7.5-8 cm) is riskier then if done in the femurs.

For me personally, I hope to do 4 cm in tibia and femurs for max recovery and better proportions.

If you want to go for 2 LLs, you could get upto 5 inches (3 femur and 2 tibias) but your upper body and arms should be big enough to look proportionate. I've read that doctors advise doing 2 surgeries separately and not at once.
