Who is the cheapest doctor that offer LON (internal)

I have a budget of £6000 which is around $8000

Save atleast 30000$ to even consider doing this surgery. Doing a cheap and easy way for this paticular surgery will only cause crippled legs forever unable to move or perhaps even die while cutting your legs in half.

A professional doctor will cost alot but they have reputation and their entire lives staked on even a single surgery. While cheap doctors do not care and only want $$$$
