regarding tibial osteotomy, is every osteotomy more or less the same or different doctors use different techniques?
Also is the regenerate the same in any osteotomy (weak or strong)? and does it solely depend on the bone nature (slow regen or fast) of the person or also the osteotomy technique has some involvement too?

can this be backedup by research studies? I know you are probably right but do we have tangible evidence for this. They could claim its poor bone regeneration by the body.
