I am from US.
Go to Italy to have ll surgery with Dr. Pilli in one year.
Do lengthening of 3-3.5 cm in Italy. Come back to the states for consolidation and go back if I face a complication such as malalignment. Send x-rays to Dr. Pilli every 2-3 weeks.
Once consolidation is complete, go back for frame removal.


Italy has a rule where I cannot stay there for more than 90 days in any 180 day period.
So If I stay there for 90 days, I have go back to the states for 90 days before I can go back to Italy.

I do not intend on getting a medical visa.
