Dr. Rozbruch's CLL service now offers a "talk to a recent patient" facility: http://www.staturelengthening.net/talk-to-a-recent-patient/
"We understand this may be one of the most important health and financial decisions you will make. We think the best way to assess whether this is the right option for you is to speak with a former patient of ours.
If you’d like to set up a consultation with one of our recent patients, please fill out this form and we will contact you soon!"
If anyone avails this option, please share the experience.
Does anyone know if Dr Rozbruch do external fixator?
Hello everybody,
It has been a while since seeing any posts from patients of Dr. Rozbruch.
I am from the northeast area and am looking to get this procedure done...it would be ideal to stay local.
I have an insurance that is accepted by HSS however I've read in some diaries.....the insurance might cover hospital fees but definitely not the surgery.
Just wanted to see if anyone can detail their experiences or better off trying to go to Dr. M or Dr. D to avoid this hassle/uncertainty.
Would suck to find out that could have paid the same price and gotten the procedure done with Rozbruch.
Thank you.
For Cosmetic Limb Lengthening, unfortunately insurance does not cover Rozbruch services, nor the Hospital’s fees. It is purely fee for service. Due to the prestige of institution, the cost for CLL is quite onerous, but you’ll get pristine service! Rozbruch is amazing.
At the same time I am sure you can find the same good quality of care elsewhere on the east coast
Hope this helps!
There was this diary of a gurl here and she only paid like 40k$ total but I think she was legally considered a dwarf aka under 4'10 though she was just a short person not an actual achondroplasia or anyting so ig u haf to be rly short if u want sum insurance coverage
Also if u has a deformity they can cover sum stuff like surgery ik some mahboubian patient only paid like 40$k total because they haf duh rotational deformity of the legs and he was still allowed to lengthen and basically do CLL for 40k in murica
Basically if ur just a short person and not rly short or have some leg deformity then nothing u do can cover the fees
Its understood he doesn't accept insurance. anyone know why?
have you any more info on this?
Doctor Rozbruch is super cool and set us up with a free consultation and zero cost imaging service and CD's. Would strongly recommend collaborating with this physician to reach LL goals for obvious reasons.
