Elevator Shoes vs Cuban Heels?

I'm wanted to get taller and was wondering should I get some elevator shoes or some cuban heels?
Do cuban heels make short guys look insecure or confident?
And how many inches should I add without it being to noticeable?

I like the georgia logger, it's a boot that can be of work, for use in the field etc ... it has a 6cm heel a little over 2 inches
some actors use as Jensen Ackles (Dean winchester of supernatural) the funny thing is that he already has 6'1 with this boot he should arrive in 6'3
