Hi everyone,
it has been 8 weeks since my tibial frame removal(LON) and 16 weeks since the initial surgery.
I can go upstairs without crutches(but i usually use still one of my hands) but to go downstairs i need absolutely a support(one of my hands, one crutch+one hand). I can also walk without crutches but slower than normal(I can walk 1- 1,2km in about 20 mins, i havent tried to walk longer yet).
I wanted to ask you guys,.especially who had Tibia LON, how it normally takes to go up/downstairs without any help and to reach a normal walking speed or even to be able to walk faster than normal.
Thanks in advance for the replies

Oh yes I forgot to say I lengthened only 4cm so I didin't have any major problems or ballerina.
