Why isn't HGH prescribed in small doses for LL patients consolidating? Wouldn't the HGH stimulate bone cells to grow more and faster so that callus if formed faster? Wouldn't it accelerate overall healing/recovering time? If prescribed while lengthening, assuming there aren't any ligament/tendon/muscle problems, if hgh causes the bone to heal faster then would a patient have to lengthen faster/at a quicker rate? Say maybe 1.5-2mm a day?

Quote from: Hallijah on December 26, 2014, 08:00:12 PMThe reason we lengthen 1mm/day is because of soft tissues
But let's say a patient stretches for months leading to the surgery. If his/her soft tissues are already adequately stretched can he/she lengthen past 1mm a day?
