Hey everyone. I plan of doing cosmetimc limbe lengthening. But my worry is looking proportion and looking good. What are some suggestions. I dont have a good body shape. And Im wondering how can I improve?
how do i look proportion after limb lengthening surgery.
If you don't post a pic what are we supposed to give you advise on? We could speculate a million different things from "I don't have a good body shape". If you're overweight start counting calories, its all a numbers game(reduce carbs and sugar too). If you want some muscle start lifting a little bit do all the major compound lifts which include deadlift, barbell curling, squats, benching. If you want some more workouts I can list several more you could throw into your routine. If you just want the toned look I'd just do cardio and count calories no weights needed,(maybe some calisthenics if you want.)
If you have some other issues like you have massive shoulders or you're pear shaped or you have a long neck(I'm just listing w/e because no pic) then we can't give any real advice besides wearing different clothes maybe? If this is a weigh problem I can give an extensive outline so you can go about reaching your goal within a timely fashion or even faster if you don't mind some or a lot of pain and discomfort.

If you post your full height photo or send it to DM, I can perform LL on it with Photoshop and it will give you an idea of how you are going to look likeĀ
Not joking, I am serious.
