vertebral column has different growth process in comparance to long bones (femurs, Tibias)
Anyone know how exactly this happening?

femurs and tibias plates get fused around 18, that means unless you are a late bloomer, you are not getting height results in legs, but spine can still grow at 22 to 25 years.
But i guess if anyone grow in spine, the gains will be not that high.
I hope we will find the answer someday, I even haven't find any concrete information about growth plates in spine, and when and how it sealing
Also heard that it can be useful in early 20s
