I put my back to a wall. mark with a pencil where my head reaches and than measure it with the long meter this (the yellow one that can reach 2-3 meters I think)

I still haven't begun my yoga routine but you are inspiring me.  I am researching using HGH and may perhaps combine it with yoga to get permanent results.

This is what I am doing. I was told to do this by a good friend of me who does yoga for about 4 years.

Quote from: TIBIKE200 on January 21, 2016, 10:42:43 PMSo. After two weeks of daily yoga (35 minutes of really hard yoga sessions) I mesured myself with my mom. I gained 1cm How yoga affected my height. hope for another 1 which I think will be the max.
I believe it will only work on people with bad posture (because I know I didnt really gained more length in my legs... But it surely does decomplress your spine)

Quotemesured myself with my mom

How old are you?

I'm guessing 1cm is possible if you've had bad FHP and stiff muscles which prevented you from standing up tall when you measured. It also decompresses the spine, but that is temporarily. You're going to have the same if not better results if you lay down for 35 minutes.

I started a similar program some weeks ago (primarily for health reasons) and my morning height was 180 today. The last time I was measured it was between 178-179.

It is not just the decompression but stronger and stretched back muscles will keep your spine in a taller position during the day.

Of course, the gains are minimal but why not do it
