I need surgeon for arm lenthing in NY area

Hello , I am happy to find this form , I have 1,5 inch different between my left and right arm and I am planning to have my arm lenthing surgery this year , I live in NY any one has any experience with Dr Austin Fragonen in hospital for special surgery in NY ( my insurance recommend him for me ) ? Or anyone can give me recommendation for good surgeon in NY area please ? My Medicare cover just NY area .

I know Dr Rozbruch and I had consultation with him , I wish if I can have my surgery with him but unfortanly my Medicaid don't cover his fees but they cover Dr Austun , I was thinking to pay Dr Rozbrug fee from my money and just get coverage for the hospital

Dr Austin Fragonen is quite competent friend of Dr Rozbruch

Thanks for your replay , I know they work together but when I opened his website I didn't see many Limb lenthing with internal device .
