Was thinking of doing internal gnail femurs in Athens, wait 1 month, then do internal precise tibias in Athens without leaving the city

BUT I'm a bit afraid of back to back lengthening -> I noticed that Paley suggests only doing max of 5cm/5cm if you do back to back then rebreak both later. This suggests to me that 7cm femur then 6 cm is too dangerous

But I'd rather not rebreak both later tbh. Was thinking of doing 7cm femur, 2 cm tibia then rebreak tibias later someday
