im now 19, gonna turn 20 this year


is there any hope for natural grow due to HGH?

Your growth plates are probably closed but small chance, have a doctor do an X-ray, but 95%+ are done growing by that age. HGH is really expensive and extremely hard to get a hold of, you would have to get it prescribed anyone that sells it is selling fake stuff or not real hgh
