Hey,

So i have taken the jump guys, and i will be getting my limbs lengthened.  I have had a meeting and consultation - i will reveal who / when / what closer to time of my Surgery, which i have scheduled for next year.

I'm 174cm tall  at my absolute lowest (evening height), and i am hoping to lengthen approximately 8cm. I will be using glucosamine, stretching and posture work to try and free up 0.5-0.8cm of height naturally.

My left femur is 0.8cm longer than my right one, which means, i may well be 174.5cm tall if i lengthen the shorter leg enough to balance this all out.  So what i may well aim to do is  7.5 / 8cm respectively left and right.

My end height, i hope, will be around 182.5-183.25cm (Afternoon height closer to the latter, and end night height the former).

My wingspan is 182cm, and my Tibia-femur ratio percentage 86%.

Would you recommend a shorter length?  Maybe a longer one? For the sake of quicker recovery, fewer side effects and better proportions i will go for the Femur.

Lengthening at a rate of about 2.5cm the first month, and then 2cm a month thereafter, i anticipate this will take me about 3.5 months to complete.

I am 9cm shorter than you and when I went for my consultation, the doctor checked on x-rays and he told me that my tibia-femur ratio is 86% (same as you). He suggested to lengthen 6-7cm (femur) for ideal proportions.
