Paley... is amazing .. he has helped a lot of people.. the. nail breaking is not his fault ...

He did make a mistake on this one.  Just goes to show you that even the best and most experienced surgeons can make make a judgment error.  THat X-Ray of the break looks awful.  I hope the patient turned out okay and hopefully is now recovered.

That is a great thing about Paley. I have watched a few videos and I have even talked to him personally.  He is always clear about the risks and admits to his peers that there is a learning curve to be had.  Paley has done a great service for the community.  Having said that; I think Paley's complication rate is under 1%.

And it's bilateral, so must be a cosmetic patient.

what are chances of this happening with stryde? giotikas? if it does you have to pay extra to fix it? is that true?
