Hi, I have decided I am going to finally do LL. I had a consultation with Paley 8 years ago and decided not to do it. But, time has come and gone and I think now I am ready.

A few years ago I tore my acl and had knee surgery. Once in awhile something slight happens that reminds me of it like a slight pain or soreness but it goes away quick. I am wondering is that the same kind of post lengthening experience that people have with LL? Small reminders that come and go once in awhile? Or is it a bigger/smaller role? Nervous for surgery...

Hope it goes well for you. How tall are you?

I experience tightness and sometimes small amount of pain but it is short lasting. Stretching helps Not a big deal. I don’t think about it much.
