Prep (Truvada) vs. LL

If someone is planning for LL, would the use of Prep medication (Truvada) affect the healing/thickening of bone density?

Any professional opinion please?

I wanted to check if any of current LL patients have been advised by LL doctors to stop this medication in advance prior to surgery.
