Let's say I do internal tibias in athens someday and stay for 4 months in Athens
Do I really need to pay a physical therapist after I leave Athens?
Like I mean as far as I can tell from watching the tibia patients here in Athens, it seems like there are just two stretches:
1. main calves stretch
2. seated calves stretch for soleus (you buy some kind of blue seated foot arc thing to do a seated calves stretch? Anyone know what its called on amazon?)
And like do you really need a physical therapist for that after the 4 month mark?
Am I missing anything?
Ok so I guess I do sometimes see her (a physical therapist in Athens) do some toe movements on the internal tibia patient or something, is that needed? Can this not be done like .. your Mom?
