Hi Everyone,

Happy New Year!

I have my surgery (Femur/Stryde) with Dr. Rozbruch planned on Jan 27th 2021.
I have been super busy with work and neglecting any physical activity, but am anxious now that the surgery is so close. Can you guys please recommend some physical exercises before the surgery?

Congrats chemistryde with starting a surgery with Rozbruch, you're definitely in good hands!

What objects do you think are useful to bring with you if you didn't live in Rozbruch's location?

Damn, isn't he like the most expensive option in the U.S?

Good luck! Dr. Rozbruch is one of the best doctors. Keep stretching your quads, hamstring, and adductor muscle.
