Given how many delays there have been with nuvasive I would not trust their timeline at all. I would also be sceptical about how good their testing is, how could they release a product that caused corrosion in the first place? What was the testing like for Stryde and how will it be any different for this product?
except debiparshad, every surgeon claims otherwise. who we should believe?

The prediction of "at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024 in the US" is under the assumption that testing is flawless. But I'm quite skeptical of that.

So right now:
for weight bearing femurs -> we have gnail for weight bearing options, I'm using it now
for weight bearing tibias -> we have no weight bearing options for internals and it might not be available until 2025? I vaguely remember someone saying that there is no gnail for tibias (?). So the non-weight bearing precise 2.2 is the best internal option for tibias for now?
Bring back Stryde...I had them...ain't anything wrong with a bit of corrosion.

A bit of corrosion can be a huge problem though not always. Osteolysis can occur as a result of the corrosion. I would expect you did femurs not Tibia. Research paper I read on this showed infrequent problems with stryde and femurs but almost always issues for Tibia patients.
