Would a person who did LL to become taller have the same tendancy as a taller person to not gain muscle so easily? Or would they have shorter person's tendancy to build muscle easier?

Taller people tend to have a harder time building muscle, does LL change this?

Obviously not on arms and on upper body but legs however i think it will be much more difficult since you stretch the muscles when you lenghten, I guess I am lucky to have natural thick and really muscular legs.

Taller people have it easier to gain muscle and look bigger but not to look fuller.
LL obviously is not going to change this. In your upper body. But it will be more difficult for the elongated segmemt to build muscle mass and to look as big as before. Because your muscles are stretched which is different than the muscles of a normal person.
