Hey guys here's a video of my homemade elevator shoes. Got the boots 2 days ago at wss for about $50, the other lift elements should cost no more than $40 maybe max $50.

Also please realize that adding a legitimate 4 inch gain is kind of uncomfortable after awhile, taking down the top part (as seen in the video) and leaving it to a 3 inch gain is easier to wear for a full night out, for example, however when I get myself to 5'11 with the 4 inch gain, the height is addictive and you don't really want to take it off lol.  Video of my homemade elevator shoes (they add a legitimate 4 inches)

These are the shoe lifts that I got: http://www.amazon.com/WSWS-3-Layer-Increase-Cushion-approximately/dp/B005JQYKJW/

You'll need to order it twice in order to get 2 of the top thick/cushiony sections.

Awesome video man!!!  Much appreciated Video of my homemade elevator shoes (they add a legitimate 4 inches)

Btw, how uncomfortable are they?  How is your mobility limited by wearing them?

Also nice boots, where can I cop them?  Video of my homemade elevator shoes (they add a legitimate 4 inches)

Hey so glad you enjoyed it  Video of my homemade elevator shoes (they add a legitimate 4 inches), I've spent the past year creating different combinations of lifts in boots and shoes and just wanted to help people out so they can test out different heights to see what they'd feel like...

The comfort, hmm, I've worn lifts for over a year so I'd say it's really not that bad, what helps is the fact that I have the sandal cushion (shown in the video), underneath the lift in the front of the shoe, that provides a LOT of comfort to your feet, you feel less of the lift, and you feel a lot less like you're walking on your toes and can walk smoother. When it's the 3 inch lift, I barely feel like I'm wearing anything, with the 4 inch, it can get tiring after a couple of hours, but honestly I wore it last night for about 6hrs, and the ladies did swoon lol or so I tell myself Video of my homemade elevator shoes (they add a legitimate 4 inches)

The name of the store is WSS, and the one I went to is located in san diego. The label above the shoe in the store said they are work/construction boots. It's really important to make sure that when you put them on without any lifts that they give you a full 2 inches, otherwise adding the lifts after the fact may not allow you to reach the full 4 inch gain with just the lifts I used in the video, you may need more thickness inside the boots if the boots by themselves only provide 1.5", for example.

Also ordering one size larger might help with space issues. I'm shoe size 10 and got size 10.5 for those boots. I could have probably even have done an 11.
