I keep hearing how long term limb lengthening ends up in you getting into wheelchair or stuff like that.

Is there any validity to these claims? Shouldn't your body adapt to longer legs long term?

What are the long term consequences and potential risks for these procedures? Long term I mean 10, 20, 30 years?
