Worried after I saw a post of a guy who said he had to stop early because of premature consolidation

Not sure what helps? Not skipping clicking helps maybe? Anything else?

Is it bad idea to take a vitamin that has vitamin D in it? I know Dr. Giotikas already gives patients a high dose vitamin D supplement, a bit afraid will too much cause premature consolidation?
