Lets say you are doing Stryde LL on femur.
What happens if the nail fails because of some hardware problem?
Do you need to pay for another nail? What if the nail fails

there was some guy in the old forum who had nail malfunction at 4.5 cm, and he had to choose between stop lengthening or buy another nail
