I'm currently at 169.5 cm's, And as much as I hate labeling myself, I suffer from Height Dysphoria.
It's been going on for about 3 years now and I've tried Therapy to put me at ease, I've tried exercises and everything i could.. And surgery was the last and final option i'd take.
But well, here i am.. about to make a decision that'll change my life for good.
I'm very aware of the complications and risks that exist, But I've been majorly depressed for 3 years now and a change is needed, so I'm ready to take my chances.
This being set aside, I'm planning to gain around 7 cm's of height.
7 cm's apparently seems unrealistic, But i'm looking for the best possible safe way to do this. And if it means doing less than 7 cm's, Then i'll go for it. But if i could do 7 it'd be great...
What options are recommended that are best to achieve this?
(I know that it mostly depends on my body and proportions)
I'm planning to visit Dr. Paley's institute and i'm financially secure for $85k.
