I can highly recommend Dr. Koehne in Germany. Very experienced but relatively young. He has a very good reputation in his area.

I heard about Dr Innan in Turkey, he seem to be really experienced aswell. Contrary to Dr Buldu he seems to have more experience on LON Tibias

Debiparshad is very good.  He’s underrepresented here but I went with him instead of a Paley due to location and price and I don’t feel as though I’m getting discount service, he’s a fantastic surgeon with great staff.  I’m at 4cm right now with zero issues or complications and I’m actually doing far better than he predicted.  He thought my tight hamstrings would be an issue around 4cm but so far I still have same ROM as before surgery.  He is not as expensive as Paley but that doesn’t mean he’s a “discount” doctor.  He is top tier.

All the one's in the US are good.
Outside the US : Giotikas, Parihar I find are the most trustworthy. Turkey has too much crap going on with medical agencies operating as factory plant for LL. Avoid beta and guichet, bias by their own nails, patient ended up dying in one of their cares at some point. That's the gist of it for me.
