as citizens dont we have a right to know whats going on with a medical product the FDA approved? what is nuvasive doing right now? are there cases of terrible outcomes? is there a lawsuit?

I was thinking of writing to media outlets to track this and show them this forum and how patients are upset and scared. who can we write to?

I urge patients of existing patients to talk to their doctors about this. the nails are in your bodies!

You could maybe do this yourself.  FOIA, the Freedom Of Information Act.  Any citizen can request whatever the FDA has.

Can anyone and everyone see that I have placed this request?

and which media outlet do you think would be interested in my finding?

The meeting with the FDA is today, so by tomorrow we should have more news. Making this forum public in the media is fking terrible

Society is not open minded enough to do anything but ridicule us when we talk about leg lengthening and say "BUT YOU CAN'T WALK" Or "IT HURTS (so therefore it shouldn't be legal)!"

I would highly recommend not telling the media about this small community. We're still at a point in society where people don't even think LL should be allowed despite free will and freedom existing.

Media won't change anything butbthey will just ridicule LLers.

When money talks media shut up. That will happen even if they search about nuvasive. Company will give money and everyrhing will be ok even if reality it is not.

where's this "cancer" thing coming from?  The European notice merely says that "biological endpoints" for carcinogenicity "have failed to be considered."  That's a far cry from affirmatively saying they might be cancerous.  For all we know, carcinogenicity endpoints were not assessed  because there has never been any reason to believe cancer is even remotely in the cards.
