Will this person be able to develop arm muscles like a normal person, and lift weights? I've searched the forum quite a bit, but this hasn't been addressed at all.
Leg muscles aren't a major focus, so they're not a topic discussed after leg lengthening surgery, but arm muscles are important. Can anyone with knowledge shed some light on this?

I don't see why not? Humerus lengthening is well tolerated.
Because the muscles are being stretched, I'm worried that if muscle tissue is added to the humerus side, it might look misshapen.
