Yes, a rehabilitation process is necessary. Let's say a year has passed since humerus lengthening surgery and a regular lengthening of 7 cm has been achieved in the arms (3.5cm per arm)  . Will this person be able to develop arm muscles like a normal person, and lift weights? I've searched the forum quite a bit, but this hasn't been addressed at all.

Leg muscles aren't a major focus, so they're not a topic discussed after leg lengthening surgery, but arm muscles are important. Can anyone with knowledge shed some light on this?

Because the muscles are being stretched, I'm worried that if muscle tissue is added to the humerus side, it might look misshapen.
