Is there any external method that can be hidden under your pants without being obvious and clear to anyone? (other than Dr. Salameh as his external are quite expensive compared to other externals).
How much does the "Pitkar" monorails cost? and who are the doctors using them? and are they full weight bearing like Ilizarov?

Go to Russia, there you can have monorail LON for 10-15k, depending on the clinic/doctor.

Also Salameh's Extrnal can be hidden, and thats one of his seling points if you check his website.

It doesn't matter how big your stupid fixators were.
Mine from Pitkar could be hidden which makes it possible.

Slameh's Fixators are different, if you check this link: http://www.limblength-sldf.com/index.php?act=open&programid=16 you will notice that they can be hidden under pants and not necessarily baggy.
