Is there any external method that can be hidden under your pants without being obvious and clear to anyone? (other than Dr. Salameh as his external are quite expensive compared to other externals).

"Pitkar" monorails fit under regular pants when used for tibia lengthening.
In case the overhanging pins are too long after surgery, the ends can easily be sawed off afterwards.
Should be the same for monorails from "Orthofix", but I only have experience with those Pitkar ones.

Warning: Remember to do LON or LATN only when choosing monorail fixateurs!

How much does the "Pitkar" monorails cost? and who are the doctors using them? and are they full weight bearing like Ilizarov?

Pitkar is mostly used in India and Russia. Approx. 750 EUR per monorail. It's hard say, because every single component has to be bought separately and there are also different ones.
Orthofix is an American company and is more expensive.

Yes, my monorails were fully weight-bearing. My weight was ~60kg. After 4 weeks, I had 3-4mm pin bending, but this also happens with Ilizarov fixators.

I was in India and they messed up my left leg, don't go there. Sorry, no further info for your own safety Hiding External Fixator
Go to Russia, there you can have monorail LON for 10-15k, depending on the clinic/doctor.

Well i am reading your diary, and saw these pictures: https://postimg.org/image/3y0x8tynr/  and i am sorry for your bad experience.
How did you hide these monorail under your pants, they are still big to be hidden, more like Dr. Milorad Mitkovic externals.

Can you recommend any doctors in Russia, i am with any external that is full weight bearing and can be hidden under pants. I hope you can help.

I had orthofix monorails, maybe the best in the world, and they were not fully weight bearing, they cause easily malunions and they can't be hidden unless you wear xxxxxl trousers.
Generally speaking, monorails is a bad choice for mire than 5cm lengthening.
And no external fixator, even monorails, can be really hidden.
