What we said again and again is that they can't, unless you wear a sack of potatoes as pants.
If you think that you'll wear 2 half but still huge frames like salamehfix and noone notice then do it and see it on your own.

I didn't wrote about my doctor because he is the only that does LL in my country so I want to keep that confidential.

As for pics, I had on the old forum, I won't plan to post them now 5 years after my surgery.

Salameh lies all the fking time, no external fixator can be hidden. If you are worried about what people Will say dont get pure external fixation, becuase you cant hide an elefant for a year.

I couldn't find a photo showing both of my legs at the same time.
But here is a photo I made for my parents, because the monorail fixator was slowly destroying my pants at the area around the knee.
You can see the shining edges from the metal and even one of the sawed off pins which were left too long after surgery.
I think it looked quite decent.

Hiding External Fixator

The fixator on my right leg was a little more difficult to hide, because it was attached on the outside.
We had to modify my pants and tailor some elastic fabric to it.
Here is a picture of it:

Hiding External Fixator

After the modification, you could see that there was something on my right leg, but not what it was.
If the fixator had been on the inside of my right leg, it would have been invisible like my fixator on my left leg in the first picture.

I could hide my monorail fixators from Pitkar and you could do it even better if you insist on both fixators getting attached an the inside of your legs.
So stop questioning my credibility or I will stop contributing to this ungrateful community!

So you think that your fixators were hidden because you wore 3 numbers bigger buggy trousers with a hole?
So your pics prove exactly what I said, that no externals can be hidden.
And salamehfix is even bigger than monorails so even a moron could understand that it can'5 be hidden.

No! They were not buggy. It's regular fit.
The hole was from the fixator and the picture was taken for my parents because I needed new "tailored" pants with additional fabric under the knee.
It doesn't matter how big your stupid fixators were.
Mine from Pitkar could be hidden which makes it possible.
Stop denying facts only because you are not right!

The thing that you can wear some trousers above the monorails does not mean it can be hidden stupid brat. Your pics prove it clearly.
If someone things that with this trousers noone would understand that you have two frames underneath then he could do the same. But for me that does not mean hidden but just covered.

And finally, orthofix is the biggest manufactures of monorails in the world. If you things that some pitkar crap or anything else that is being used in third world countries is superior in any aspect then your stupidity reaches new levels.

Anyway this starts to get boring. You posted some pics, if people think that this is called "hidden" then they could follow your example. They will see how hidden they are when people would look weird at their legs and start asking what they happened to them.
