I'm purely going from the pictures I've seen but I am extremely concerned that if I do femur lengthening I will be forced to do tibia or wear lifts otherwise I will end up
having goat legs. I currently have 0.8 tibia/femur ratio.
I want to avoid the long femur stumpy tibia look, is that possible if I only did 6cm?
This guy did 10 cm

It seems even if he did 6 cm the look would be there.
After surgery its primarily the tibia patients who post pics so this is a big concern of mine that longer femur will look weird.
What do you guys think?
