182 looks good, but you're arms are just not long enough for the 187 look IMO.

It honestly looks like you need some bowler correction.

If you add some muscle mass, especially in your legs, IMO you can get away with 10 cm, but 5cm would be easier and much faster.

Can you tell me the distance between the ground and your belly button (under it). У меня у самого было 95 см до пупка до операции, хочу сравнить.

yh i think its because of lack of muscle mass i look like a   in mock ups.

It is approximately 107 cm, depends on how much i unbend. Когда первый раз мерил, то вышло 103 см, сам не понял как.

if you get 5cm then you will get to the golden ratio.

(however technically the golden ratio is suppose to be correct to the ratio of femur to tibia also)

113cm for ground to navel, and 70 cm from navel to top of head.

how do we measure our tibias and femurs? maybe i would need like 2.5 cm on each segment to completely get to the golden ratio lol

get an x-ray for both the tibia and femur.
that is the best method.

u probably got me wrong, i just wanted to say that i dont consider 183 cm men to be tall. not average but its medium.
like Frank Lampard, Xabi Alonso, David Beckham. they've never been tall to me.

185 cm is already tall height.
188 cm is solid tall.

yh i know, hope it will give me an extra cm.
