Hi, i feel like i may have overstretched my calves, but i'm still in lengthening my tibia so I'm not sure if i sholud stop doing the stretching. What should i do?

this is why regular x-rays are required. there's no such thing as "overstretching" but stretching in the case of a flexion deformity can be catastrophic.

Can you say more about the nail implemented? Presumably something from the NuVasive(awesome) peeps?
