Four segment lengthening in two stages

I have just found out about four segment lengthening, is it a good idea? I am thinking of doing four segment surgery with Dr giotikas as I could possibly grow 4-5 inches or even 6 for a cheaper price.
I am thinking of doing Femurs with STRYDE and tibias with TSF frames and Synthes Expert nail (LON): For 74750 Euro​ With Dr Giotikas.

Have you done a lot of researches about this thing? It's literally the first time I've ever heard about this nail.
But yeah, going with stryde on femurs is the best.
But, for your own sake please wait for a year and have the second surgery if you want.
Don't lengten both of the segments at the same time, even after 5 months.
Please, wait for at least a year.
