Has anyone here been able to maintain a regular sex life during the lengthening process. If so what were the restrictions/things you couldn’t do? Especially interested to hear for people who didn’t use a full WB nail.
I did and I had external monorails.
You can't do many positions of course but missionary was relatively easy and many others too.
With internals it would be even easier if you don't have much pain.

Same here, external monorails and missionary/dogstyle
It’s good exercise for the glutes and hip muscles too lol
I am worried doggy or any position I would be on my knees for, might be out of the question for a while with internal tibs, because they have to jam that rod through my knees to get it in. @Bodybuilder: Do you have any thoughts on this?

for doggy and missionary you have to be standing and have your partner on the edge of the bed, In my case she would usually ride me carefully and do missionary/doggy on the edge of the bed while I was standing(once I was able to) but for the first 2-3 weeks it was just her on top.
I didn’t have any problems with knee ROM, my knee bend about 80% of pre surgery amount, with femur monorail nail was put in through hip and I just was on my knees on the bed
How on earth did you guys even feel like having sex while lengthening?? CLL was agonizing!

Luckily you're pretty skinny. A lot of muscle = a lot of muscle scaring = limited ROM 
I can barely bend my knees >95* right now
Doctor to patient - "So what exactly did you do when your nail broke?". Long silence followed.
