I had some bed days! Last week I took painkillers 3-4 times a day for two days and I barely could sleep!
Now I am fine, thanks god!! 

I knew this would happen and I got reassured it was normal and that is it! I believe so far I have been quite lucky...

Pain can be quite bad but not unbearable pain. 
I sleep if I take pain killers and I read on the internet this means it is not too bad.

More than it si like a tension in the legs!
But sometimes I get pain from the screws fixed to my legs! In this case it is different, like a toot pain in the leg 
This is if the skin gets inflammed

I am good thanks... I am almost 5 cm taller now and it feels great! 
You can not imagine how it feels to be taller after dreaming of it for so long!
Last follow up went well and I have to go on with lengthening...

Could u tell us how much did u pay in total for the operation (HEF method)? and if you pay all in once or can be paid in installments?
and also i want to know if there is a limit of age for this operation?

Infact,the first time i talked with a doctor about this operation in my country i was just 18 but then i couldn't do it for some reasons (also for the price) now I am 33 and since I am in Italy after reading ur diary i thought to it again
I think if i can do this operation it will be in two years (so i will be 35) so i want to know if there is any limit of age or not.

For the procedure I spent just about 20.000 
If you have been thinking of it for so long you should get the operation done soon and stop just dreaming of it.

I have been dreaming of doing this operation for a long time and now that I am half way and feeling taller and closer to the end I wish I had done it at least one year ago to be done by now!! 

But like you I had my doubts and thoughts.
