Is it fully possible not to get misalignment on your bones by having a perfectly good doctor like Paley, Rozbruch and Lee?
I mean, is it all doc's fault or it is something related to biology?
Also, consider that you are getting misalingment, since where would it be obvious that you have it? Post 2 weeks surgery etc.
Another question, how to fix it? What kind of a surgery you'd need? Would you be able to run and stuff after the surgery ?
Best Regards
p.s: I'm so sorry for this user and wish him good luck, I wanted to post an example if there's anyone new who does not know what misalignment is (one of the worst fears of LL btw)

to add to ghkids point
your surgeon can also add a blocking screw to prevent knock knees
