Lengthening 8cm with Stryde, assuming no complications, is it realistic to expect to walk normal 1 year post op?
Also, how long would the bone take to consolidate?

Quote from: Michael J. Assayag, MD on October 22, 2020, 10:38:48 PMYes it is very realistic . How much do you weigh?

Hi Dr. Assayag, I currently weight 75 kg, but because I am 164 I plan to drop to around 62 - 65 kg when the time for the surgery comes. I understand at this weight it should be safe to weight-bear with Stryde at around 1 - 1.5 months?

Thanks for your time!
