The difference between wearing lifts and actual LL

To all the veterans that have actually gone through with lengthening i have a question. Is having the actual surgery done less awkward than wearing lifts? I could only imagone so.

Awesome i like what im hearing. And yeah its college do what you want. And i only plan on doing 5cm in tibia so i don't think it'll look that off.
