bring proteinpowder, dvitamin and  isolated elemental calcium.
i ate less than rec. 1000mg+ of calcium daily and got some osteoporosis because of the fraudulent  labelling of calcium
1000mg of calcium carbonate is 400mg calc and 600mg useless carbonate, citrate even worse.
read up on elemental calcium.

warning! prices have risen a lot: hospital stay price, nail price etc
one day in hospital now costso 3000rubles, 30 days first operation stay 90 000 rubles,
approximately 1800 euro.
that does not include prices for test consultations xray and more

nail prices have recently doubled from 70000 for 2 to 140000.
the explanation given by VEKTOR-salesman, then doctor, then oksana was that nails are
 bought from eu  country and that 1 euro was 40 rubles which resulted in 70000r
for nails, but now the euro is 70, somehow illogically doubling the price to 140000r.
if that is true, the nails should only go up less than 50%, like to 100000r,
because an increase from 40 to 70 is an increase less than 50%
so somebody is cheating the patients!
just beware

THE CLINIC ASSISTANT HAS TOLD CURRENT PATIENTS THAT THERE ARE MAJOR FINANCIAL PROBLEMS FOR PATIENTS IN THE CLINIC AND POTENTIAL PATIENTS.
PROBLEMS CAUSED ENTIRELY BY THE CLINIC´S MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTOR OKSANA.
BUDGETS HAVE BEEN EXCEEDED AND RUINED AND PATIENTS ARE EXTREMELY ANGRY WITH OKSANA.

THERE HAVE BEEN PRICE CHANGES WITH THE HOSPITAL AND WITH NAILS.
OKSANA KNEW ABOUT THESE CHANGES AND TOLD NOBODY ABOUT THEM.
SHE KNEW THE HOSPITAL HAD RAISED PRICES SINCE MARCH AND NOW IT IS AUGUST AND SHE TOLD NO PATIENT. SHE WITHHELD THE INFORMATION FIVE MONTHS!
SHE KNEW NAIL PRICES HAD RISEN IN MIDDLE OF JULY, AND TOLD NO PATIENT!

SHE DISREPECTFULLY AND DAMAGINGLY DELAYS UNTIL LITERALLY THE END, THE DAY BEFORE SURGERY BEFORE SHE TELLS A PATIENT.

They are just way to expensive, I was thinking to go Volvograd early 2016 but after they rised their price by over 50% it just ruined my whole planning, I'll be heading to India ..

correction:
there was an error about doubting the change of the ruble value.
a mean and false comment was made without checking currency rates.
the reason was a strong negative reaction to the substantial impact on a budget.

the information the doctor and oksana provided is true.
the euro to ruble: it was 30+ then 40+ from 2010 to 2014 and then changed chaotically between 90 , 80, 50 , 60 and then now around 60-70.

there needs to be a correction to this statement:

correction: the patient assistant has informed that current patients were told at the same time, which was a number of days after that the nailcompany had been contacted and prices found out.
this revelation happened about a week before a planned surgery.

the misunderstanding is that every patient did not know if other patients got the information.
all patients are not living in the clinic.
the tone reflects the substantial impact on a predetermined budget.
a sincere apology for this error.
