Maybe you think that there should be one thread addressed to all people because it fits them all or applies to all. I think every one joining this community would initiate such a thread because everyone's body is different. The topic of proportions is specific to every individual, and hence dedicating a forum to proportions "Height & Proportions."

Your arms seem long enough, you can lengthen as much as you want imo.  Work on your back also, it will balance your body.
